How much are Sessions? Sessions are £70. I offer a limited number of concessionary sessions for those who need it. Please get in touch for details.

Where are sessions? I offer online sessions for those 13 and older. I also see clients face to face in Ware, Canterbury.

How accessible are face to face sessions? The Cottage I use for face to face sessions has two steps to enter. There is also free parking and toilet facilities.

What type of counselling do you offer? I am a integrative counsellor, I use a variety of modalities and techniques tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstance. This approach allows me to customise the support I provide to best suit you and your goals. Additionally, I specialise in working with neurodivergent client and am committed to creating and affirming and supportive environment for clients to explore and address the issues that have bought them to counselling.

How long will I need to have counselling? How long someone stays in counselling can be different for everyone. I offer open ended sessions as i want to be flexible and support you in deciding what feels right for you. As we work together, we will check in regularly to see how things are going and to talk about how you're feeling about your progress.

Can I bring someone with me? I currently only offer one to one sessions. It's understandable to feel nervous about beginning counselling. If you're feeling particularly anxious or if you're under 18, you can have someone with you during the initial chat. However, to continue working together, you'll need to be able to participate in sessions by yourself. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to reach out and we can talk about it.

Will I have to wait for an appointment? How long you might need to wait, or if you need to wait at all, depends on how busy I am and when you are available. The more ways you can be flexible with your schedule, the shorter any wait will likely be. If you tell me your available time when you contact me, I can give you a better idea of how long the wait might be. If I don't have any openings that match your schedule, I do have a waiting list. I understand that when someone reaches out for support is important, so if waiting isn't an option for you, that's okay.
